How are sessions delivered?

All sessions are held via video call (Zoom or Google Meet) so you can join from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

What if I relapse during coaching?

Relapse is often part of recovery and it does not mean failure. We approach it without judgment — only with curiosity and renewed commitment.

I am nervous to reach out. Is that normal?

Completely. Most people feel vulnerable when they first get in touch. The initial chat is free, informal, and zero-pressure — just a conversation.

Do I need to have already stopped drinking?

No. We can start wherever you are. Some clients reach out before they quit, others in the first days. There is no wrong time to ask for support.
